BoBo Balance Better

Thanks for helping me receive my battery which was not in my original product.

I cannot get it to mirror from my galaxy s 20 plus to my TV as the cinstruction tell me. I even purchased a google chrome as the manual reccomend so we have not been able to use it. My grandkids are egar to use it so I am still trying to find an answer. Any help would be appreciated since I am to the point of sending it back for a refund.

This thing needed to be filled up each and every time I used it. I tried for two solid weeks and am giving up. Not what I bargained for when paying for this product. I have the box and will send it back today. Please refund my money. I am not satisfied

Everything is hooked up and working, hooray! However, I have not been able to blow up the support cushion. The air hole is blocked. Looking down into the opening shows a dead end. How do I get this cushion replaced? I have such bad balance that I really need it! What should I do???

Cannot use my Bobo as the valve to blow up was broken when received. I am waiting on a response and hope will be resolved soon. If this happens I will drop back for another review
