BoBo Balance Better

I love the idea of BOBO Balance. I decided to give it a try since I have some balance issues the last few years. I haven’t gone past the 6 minute routine at easy. My biggest problem is that I am a larger women and have large feet. It’s hard getting comfortably on the board. My feet are really close together. I think if the balance board was slightly increased in size it would be a little easier to balance on. I still plan to keep at it. Currently fighting plantar fasciitis and the movement does help stretch out my foot and ankle.

I got my BoBo balance and it took me over a week to get it together. Instructions say it can be blown up (diagram) well I couldn’t, my son tried and he couldn’t. I tried my pump for balloons and it wouldn’t work. My son took it to the gas station to try the air pump there… no go. Finally decided one last thing before returning it for a refund. I went to Walmart and bought a tire pump with different attachments and that’s what worked. I’m happy with it so far I just hate I had the frustrating experience.

love the games but wish there were more choices for training and strethening exercises. Also, the connection to the bobo board drops during use which can be very annoying

Many of the pictures on the website show the board on a bladder, even the picture (although so dark it was hard to see) of what is included in the box. I was expecting to get one, but no, not in my box.

The BOBO concept is very good. Their app however is not great. It crashes every time I get on the board. You then have to start all over again. Also I can’t seem to do the lunges during the workout session. I contacted BOBO and they made a few suggestions which I tried but with no success. From the wording in their response it was me not their app or board that had the problem. I am still using BOBO because I do think it is helping my Core to become stronger and my balance. APP needs work. Boards pretty useless without the app. If you only have a computer it will not work. If you need to contact the company do it by e-mail. I called and I did get ahold of a gentleman but, he came off as unprofessional took my information down that was the last time I heard from him. BOBO when you answer a phone call you might want to identify yourself (Hello this John from BOBO how can I help you today). Customer service needs work.
