We shopped on-line (easy navigation!), found the bike we wanted, went to our local store (which the web site indicated had it in stock), told the sales person exactly what we wanted. He pulled the bike, we looked it over and had a few questions/answers and then bought the bike. Whole in store process, including waiting outside for COVID protocol, was about 30 minutes. We didn’t feel rushed but the whole process was just efficient. My son loves his new bike!

Bought a Liv Embolden 1 through their website and had it delivered to the Oceanside store. They literally had it ready for pickup the very next day. We came by and the service was stellar. Crew was friendly, helpful and informative. They setup the shock pressure to my wife’s weight, installed the pedals that we brought in for it and gave us some beginner tips. Overall, perfect experience. Thanks guys!!
