I ordered a Heckler MX off your website and Ulyssis was AWESOME in helping me out, and allowed me to pick-up my new ride at your El Cajon warehouse. Also, Gabriel in your Oceanside store provided excellent customer service by letting me ride a Heckler that was at the store (different size), and also helped the next day with setting me up with gear.

The employees at the shop were very helpful and knowledgeable and have made getting into the hobby of mountain biking a pleasure. Unfortunately I had to buy my new bike at a competitor but only because you guys didn’t carry Trek and I had my heart set on a particular model. This is still my go to for accessories and parts. I do wish you guys would service bike models that you don’t sell.
