This company would only respond through email. Ridiculous. Never could speak to anyone by phone. We we’re running late to pick up the bike due to an hour drive and traffic. We were led to believe the shop in Oceanside knew we were coming and they were expecting us. When we arrived, as expected, they were closing shop, but they had no idea who we were, or why we there. We were just handed the bike with an oh, the charger is in a bag hanging on the handle bars. Not a company I would want to do business with again.
