I brought my bike in for a 90 day new bike service, When I came to pick up the bike, the rear wheel was noticeably not true. One of the workers put it on the bike stand and measured it but if you can see that its not true by eye then it wasnt tured correctly.

Just wish for more gears. This bike is smooth and easy to ride. Just wish it were at least 18 to 21 speed. If you have this bike in those speeds, please let me know!

They do a good job on repairs but there seems to be a breakdown by whoever is supposed to call you when your bike is ready. I had to call them and they were asking me if someone had called. It had been ready for five days!

Last night when I was trying to place my order, I would select to pick up in the store. When I would go to the page for payment the page was showing my home address as the place to pick up the items and had a $9.99 shipping fee. The next morning I was sent a reminder and the store was listed as the pick-up location and there was no shipping fee so I placed my order.
