Average support and hand over information and servicing. BW sales/tech was not familiar with Aventure model so perhaps not his fault.

Horrible ship time

The Temecula store folks were easy to work with making the return and purchase of the replacement bib. However, I am still waiting for the credit back to my Credit card for the item returned, the store should be authorized to make the credit refund.
