This was my 2nd attempt at trying to buy Canadian night crawlers from Best baits. Please try to understand that Best bait did more than I expected in packaging and shipping my product, the problem is the mail department. My order was sent from Ohio but it sit in Detroit for 2 days going to Tucson. So after 7 days on the road the package arrived warm, but with live night crawlers. My holding container was cool and ready, but the majority of the worms died a couple days later. I not giving up on Best baits because they try their best to do their part sending the worms!

Was very hot like there were never refrigerated before they were shipped I was very disappointed I even try chat your guy try saying that they were setting on porch long time which is bologna me and neighbor took turn looking for packages

When my order of maggots arrived, half of them were dead. Two days later only 1/4 were still alive. The weather had been cool when shipped and they were immediatley refrigerated. I sent an email to complain with a photo, but I never heard back.

half of shipment was dead, you wanted me to return the shipment ,you could not give me credit for half, could have sent photos not good enough. Then ordered through amazon, you refused to ship, said address was invalid, false. so I guess you have banned me or my address. and you want a review. couldn't rate you lower than 1 no (0) on rating scale.
