I've always been happy with you. I own over 1000 knives. Mostly old but i have probably 200 of your type knives. This is the only new knife that has come new in the box and not worked.

I'm very pleased with all my Benchmade purchases. The customer service is first rate in my opinion. I received the wrong product and the corrected one was mailed out before the return. I appreciate that trust. I'm sure I'll pull the trigger on more down the road. Thank you for a great product!
