Amazing value that doesn’t compromise on quality

Custom knife is exactly what I ordered and received in a timely matter.

I had two knives serviced - one of which I purchased what must have been over 10 years ago and I had never had it sharpened or serviced since then. It came back feeling brand new. No complaints and 100% worth it. About as quick as I expected being across the country, but I felt informed about where the knife was in process the whole time.

I accidentally broke the tip on my Bugout and I'm sp glad I decided to send it in to have it replaced. I asked to have the blade swapped out for a non-serrated one and Benchmade did just that for me. My Bugout knife being four years old ooks brand new and cuts like a razor! I definitely recommend following their online instructions if your Benchmade needs sharpening, part replacement, etc. . .
