Benchmade customer service is top notch. I have 7 brothers and 15 nephews 18 nieces so benchmade knives is a product that we all utlize weather it be for hobby, work or play. We love to talk about our latest knife and which one we recently purchased. My family is all aware of the warranty and whenever they come into town they bring their knives for sharpening, after 20 plus years of impeccable service Benchmade stands out for quality, warranty and service.
