I’ve had my knife for about 20 years. This is the first time I’ve had to send it in. The process was a bit cumbersome but the end result was fantastic. My knife came back good as new and at no charge. Standing up for your product after 20 years of use speaks volumes. Thank you Benchmade.

Absolutely love my Benchmade, it’s goes everywhere with me and has for years. Recently had to send it in for some warranty work and sharpening as the tip of the blade snapped (partial user error, also partially how long I’ve been using this blade) and some of the hardware needed to be replaced (belt clip). With Benchmade’s lifetime warranty this was the by far the smoothest process I’ve ever gone through with a warranty system. Love this knife, as well as the company behind it!
