When bouncing the ball it kind of goes elsewhere sometimes

I don’t have my custom volleyball. It never shipped from seller.

One ball had a black mark. The balls were loose in the bag not in the box.

My balls were the wrong size, and they did not work for my company activation. I chatted with one of your team members to make sure they were the same size, and when I got them, they were wrong.

I’m going to contact them for a replacement.
