The ball arrived in good conditions and quickly but the custom lettering was in a different location as that shown on the website. In my case, gold lettering on red panel. Asked for gold lettering on blue panel of basket ball.

When bouncing the ball it kind of goes elsewhere sometimes

My balls were the wrong size, and they did not work for my company activation. I chatted with one of your team members to make sure they were the same size, and when I got them, they were wrong.

I’m going to contact them for a replacement.
