Customer service was great on this purchase. I received an e-mail that was supposed to be directed to the Rawlings/vendor that just noted details around the glove. Someone from Baseball Express called me to let me know that they were sorry for any confusion the e-mail may have caused. They're really on top of their game.

Site was easy to navigate and excellent sales makes quality items affordable. Communication was good and product delivered promptly.
