On delivery the box had been open, just closed with tape. The plastic rim in the interior of the frame is loose and not assembled correctly .

Took 20 days for delivery and that was after I chased it up with Hornit. But once I made Luke aware of situation it was sorted quickly. So 2 stars is for the long waiting period as it was for a birthday present.
