Ordered the wrong extension for my wave 150i. Called on Christmas Eve. Got an immediate response but the didn’t have the correct extension in stock. So they dropped shipped it from Skywatcher. Wow! Excellent response and service.

I pre-ordered a pair of binoculars that had just been introduced. They handled the pre-order really well. When they were about to get them in stock, they checked with me to make sure I still wanted them. I would definitely buy from them again.
