The piece I ordered didn’t
The piece I ordered didn’t come anywhere near working. When I called the lady assured me it did, I kindly told her that due to the stock Can Am 2020 X-3 shift gate would be blocked partially from Low Range and completely impossible to install the way it was sent to me. It shouldn’t be that they wouldn’t listen to me, not an uneducated boob in the mechanical way at all. I was a Sea-Doo and Cam Am dealer for many years, did R&D work for 30 years in the PWC Arena and am not a guy who takes it lightly when people that are in ANY way in customer service that acts as if there was ANY way possible that I’m a highly regarded technical mind in my fields of interest . The problem was extremely simple, but no one could take a moment to investigate what the “crazy customer “ was talking about. Why haven’t I been in contact to get a refund or the like as for me, I pitch highly rated, but poor performing crap on a big pile daily. Too busy to bother with it. I thought maybe, just maybe I’d get a call telling me they now see what was up. The on line instructional was no help either. Of course it’s likely solved by now. Not mad at Assualt, disappointed is a better term. Kindest regards, Glen Perry @ Perry Performance Group.
