I bought two as a surprise for my husband and I. He had talked about wanting one for awhile. He even narrowed it down to AR’s so it made it easier for me. So, with that I ordered online and waited for delivery (7-10 days). When they came I brought them into my living room, a little intimidated with two boxes the size of large tvs. I opened the first one, and within 30 min or less I had it done. Excited, I moved on to the next. So in less than and hour I had two bikes all set up and ready to go! Needless to say when he got home from work he was super excited and off we went. We haven’t been off these things since we got them. :)! Of course being new to the e-bike community we had some questions right away so I would email AR and quickly I would receive my answer or resolve an issue. 55 yr old women assembled ✔️ Easy assembly✔️ Great customer service ✔️ Look great riding✔️ So much fun✔️ Adventures for days✔️ So far, very pleased.
