this is my first electric bike and I can tell you it's the best bike I've had. great power and easy to handle. the blue paint is awesome. no regrets on getting this bike. now I'm waiting for accessories to become available. waiting for back rack.

The folks who handle online sales do an excellent job. Shut up part no meet your expectations, they’re very prompt in handling returns also.

Customer service was great!

Overall my experience with Ariel Rider has been short but sweet so far. Everything shipped to me (including the bike) has been in excellent condition and met every expectation. The company is very thorough in reaching out and offering advice on battery maintenance and safety tips regarding new ownership. Hopefully I never have any issues but if I do I'm confident their customer service will be prompt and helpful. There is definitely a community of riders centered around this brand and I look forward to seeing what else they have to offer in the future.
