Great to deal with

From the ordering to assembly video and prompt email replies to specific questions, all aspects of this purchase have been excellent. And the Grizzly! It's everything I had planned and hoped for based on research and it delivers. It is heavy and not too suitable for winding technical single track, but I didn't get it for that. It excels on gravel roads and hills.

I chose Airel Rider cause I researched high quality durable ebikes. I was not disappointed. I ordered 2 bikes a Kepler and Grizzly for my wife and I, on a Tuesday and they were at my door that Sunday clear across the country from Washington to Maryland. These bikes freaking rip.

What a beast! I know why I needed the dual mirrors now...everything is behind you when out riding on the street or offroad. Great support, AR has answered every question I had. Fantastic range, power, support, and I love the paint quality. When I get stopped by other riders I already know what their first words will be..."what a good looking e-bike"! I'll join lots of other Grizzle owners that have said the only complaint they have is that difficult to use, rear battery plug.

I have found that the staff there have very helpful. I feel that they have gone above what I normally expect from a company! ! Landon and Atom have been very good in heling me wit getting everything I need and/or want a VERY BIG THANKS to them and the whole staff there at Ariel Rider.
