I was a little nervous a few years back with response time, but they have taken their dedication to customer service to a whole new level. They are very responsive and shipping products in 24 hours. They really stand by their product and are there for the customer support.

My boyfriend loves his Ariel Rider almost more than he loves me lol. We bought a new battery to replace his original one that has over 14,000 miles on it. You heard that right; he has ridden it over 14,000 miles in the 3 years he has had it. The process of ordering (especially with it being on sale for $300 off the original price,) shipping and receiving were seamless and we will definitely be sticking with AR in the future!
