Everything great as expected

No problems in shipping

My whole family has had e-bikes for a few years except for me. I have a nice racing bike but it does get tiring trying to catch them on hills. Not anymore. This bike is big but it pulls very well and now I can enjoy the journey! Very pleased with this purchase. I had looked for about 2 years and kept coming back to this bike due to all the videos and written reviews I spent hours researching. Great work purchase!!

Dear sir my signal light on back or cross up mean when I turn on the right signal the left signal light blank.

Landon promptly and patiently addressed all of my questions, and nicely facilitated the sale and delivery of the bike.
