This is the 3rd X Class I have purchased from Ariel Rider. The customer service has gotten much better over the last 2 years. Quick responses to my questions and delivery time in days not weeks. Price for the X Class compared to similar e-bikes is aggressive and the quality and features are all there. Great experience, highly recommend.

Shipping was faster than others that I ordered from. I bought a e-trike from ADDMOTOR that took a long time. And it was only because Ariel Rider don’t sale e-trike

Awesome bike

I love the bike I wish the seat was softer. I had to buy a different seat should have a nice soft seat with jail for the tailbone gel gel for the tailbone.
