Bike came pretty quickly

Great service and great product!

We purchased (2) X-Class 52V e-bikes and (2) Kepler e-bikes. We LOVE all 4 bikes. BIG PROBLEM: One of the X-Class 52V e-bikes was very damaged. We took it to a bike shop and they fixed the derailleur chain and touched up the paint. We needed the bike so we had no time to return it.

Everything was first rate. My wish would have been for more colors to be in stock when I made my purchase..,.red was the only color in stock.

I love your bikes so. So much. I had the original 48volt and loved it. Probably out over 10000 miles on it easy. This one’s amazing, you guys upgraded everything that needed to be. 10/10 easy. You guys rock!
