I recently purchased my second order of bulk 9mm ammo after being totally satisfied with the first purchase. Not receiving the second order, I contacted the company and they promptly reissued my order. My order arrived a few days later, only this time two packages were delivered. Apparently FedEx didn't complete the first delivery and just sent it with the reordered one. After contacting the company, they offered to take back order. Knowing how much I shoot and how pleased that I am with their product, they allowed me pay for the ammo and waive the shipping fee. For the courteous service and excellent product, I will be a customer for life.
