I ordered an engraved Ale Horn and it came out great. The staff even proactively reached out on a question they had about my order to make sure they engraved it properly.

Honestly i had high hopes for the horn that i purchased. The quality of the Horn is OK I guess the engraving looks a lot better in pictures. I did not get my order until a little over a month from the time I purchased it. I emailed and tried to ask questions on the "live" chat with little response of what was going on with my order. I have yet to use the Horn I'm sure it will work just fine. just disappointed on the email/ customer service and the quality of the engraving. I will more then likely order another Horn but probably not get it engraved.
