Bought a hot beverage horn mug with Yggdrasil engraved on it in green and a drinking horn with stand. It looks awesome. Great gift, my kids picked me up a horn mug with the Valknut on it for Yule one year, can’t say enough about it.

I unfortunately received my order with a minor mistake in the engraving. After waiting a small time to hear back about a replacement, I received an email telling me one was on the way. All in all, good customer service.

Unique, quality-built products. Fantastic customer service. I ordered a set of 3 for my husband's birthday. 1 was perfect, 1 was almost perfect but the finish on the handle was peeling up, and 1 was smaller than advertised and the shape was a bit off for easy drinking. I emailed regarding my issues, received a quick response asking for a video so they could review (smart and efficient), and they quickly sent new ones that were perfect. They didn't even ask me to ship the other ones back. Thanks AleHorn!
