Quick and efficient

I was using CPAP because of mild sleep apnea. It’s much more convenient to use this mouthpiece than CPAP. I still snore lightly intermittently but this mouthpiece significantly lowered the frequency and loudness. I can bring this with myself when I travel and can confidently stay in hostels without bothering anyone.
