I grind my teeth a ton, to where there's next to no enamel left over the years. I have a very short gag reflex that triggers when any mouth guard I've tried touches the inside of my jaw line.
This took about a week to settle into, but I'm sleeping better already. The PX2 is now my go-to with all the cardio I do, as I can already feel an improvement with performance and my breathing in just the first two weeks.
