My dentist recommended I wear a mouthpiece while working out to avoid putting so much pressure on my teeth while clenching my jaw. I got the hybrid pack because I didn't know what mouthpiece to select. I have a Recovery RX1 mouth piece that I don't like to wear because it never really fit in my mouth well so I was a bit nervous about trying the performance pieces. I've put some miles on the PX2 I'm so glad I tried it out. I use it for running, lifting, biking, crossfit, and even BJJ and I couldn't recommend it enough. I feel like it's forcing me to breath better and it protects my teeth during tough workouts where I find myself clenching my jaw hard to push through. The PX1 is okay I don't prefer the loose fit as much and I messed up the molding a little bit so I don't see myself using it much. But the PX2 is Awesome!
