Airwaav customer service was fine. But the mouthpiece does not work for me at all. If it’s perfectly, and I don’t have any jaw pain or anything like that. But it doesn’t help with sleeping at all. At least not for me.

I was skeptical about the product but gave it a shot anyway. I have a few heart issues and I've never been good at proper breathing when doing high intensity activity. I run a high heart rate and get winded easily. I'm 55 y/o, live in Florida and am currently playing competitive pickleball 3 times a week. I usually end up gasping for air and struggle to bring my heart rate down, especially when it's hot out. I've been using my airwaav for about a month now and I've noticed I haven't had to check my heart rate as often and I'm not feeling as winded. I'm no longer a skeptic and am glad I gave it a try.
