Shipping took awhile but it’s understandable with the prices of their products!

Very slow on delivery as they are backed up. But wonderful product.

Product excellent, shipping or delivery notification needs a little work. Ordered on November 5th, received December 18th. I never received an email giving production or delivery status but I realize this is a high demand part of the year and compounded by the election…creating a surge in demand. That being said an email stating a potential delivery date would help set an expectation and relieve concerns about delivery or package theft etc. I tried to use the automated system to track the delivery but was in a queue for over an hour (again because of demand). I started at 55 and got to 4th before the system reset and kicked me out…resetting my position in line. I decided I’d have to wait till after the holidays (when you caught up on orders) when the upper arrived the next day. My only issue with this is not waiting 40 days…my issues are a blem order should have delivered sooner (if it was already assembled?) and no status communication. Happy with the hardware and will continue to buy products, in my opinion Aero needs to “tighten up” the communication on orders (status) process
