Incredibly happy with the service at 686. Received a delivery notice, but my purchase didn’t make it to my address. I emailed customer service and they quickly sent out another order. When both orders showed up on the same day, they quickly sent a return mailing label. The entire process was easy. They definitely created a customer for life.
