I recently had a Burris Fullfield II 4.5x14x42 scope delivered that had been on 'backorder' for approximately a month. The service folks had informed me of the backorder status of the scope soon after ordering and gave me a number of options: to get an immediate payment on my credit card, to keep the order as is and receive shipment asap, or to receive a refund and keep the backorder status. I keep the order as is (paid) and received the scope after a few weeks. In my experience, the service persons are second to none: courteous, professional, and very personal in their dealing with customers. A BIG 5 for Sportsoptics. I am a very pleased customer and will continue to support this excellent company!!!
