Easy process ordering online. I had help from one of their customer service reps as well which made for a quick and easy process. I received the product in 2 days in which I was able to get it set up on my new rifle in time for a nilgai hunt. Amazing optic that I highly recommend. Very crisp reticle that was easy to dial out and back for different shot ranges. (had opportunities ranging from 150 to 400 yds) and it was quick adjustments.
