5 stars! Could not have been better, or easier ! Bike came perfectly made, nothing wrong, wonderful free bike lock, and because the order was delayed 2 days (due to illnesses) I got 10pounds per day as compensation which I was them able to buy my helmet with (which cost me 25p!) the bike is great and so is the customer service!
