Great alway kept me up to date with delivery dates would use again

Honestly cannot fault it at all - had originally ordered another bike but based on my height was contacted and informed that it would not suit me so ordered an alternative (great bike) and talked through re best options for what I wanted to use it for. Well informed staff and more than helpful. Delivery time for product was exceptional and packaging of item was perfect for storage for a few days and everything was quick and easy to assemble once out of the box. The bike was faultless in its presentation.
