Can't complain. Delivery date was a date later than originally suggested but any upset caused was mainly down to my own excitement and then disappointment when it didn't arrived on the day. The build quality was excellent. I also received some very good advice on what would be the best mud guards to purchase to fit my specific bike, the mudguards had been excellent i.e. no movement and obviously keeping the mud from my back on the work commute. Highly recommend this service to anyone that's considering the bike to work scheme, just don't expect to receive the bike within the week (or 2).
