I discovered Kiefer training fins at a gym pool a few years ago. Now I hate to swim laps without them! I swim 2000+ meters a few times a week and I get a better workout with my fins. They are comfortable and just the right size. While they are helping with proper kicking technique and improving my endurance, I forget they are even there! Perfect :)
