The teachers are fine but the music is discouraging in recorded classes. British HRZ class music is the worst. N American classes usually have real music but the genres of music don’t necessarily match what is advertised. (Eg: Fleetwood Mac in a country class)

I’m enjoying the spin classes and the classes on Fit Pass. Being more consistent has made doing the classes slightly easier.

I love the Echelon treadmill and classes.
