Loved echelon before they changed the music contract. Now music doesn’t match rides.

First the wrong rower was sent. We got that all sorted out, we have the new rower assembled but it came with a twisted cable and there’s a glitch asking for an update that won’t update. My BF won’t use it because it’s so irritating because the message is constantly popping up. I did my research and unfortunately, I’m not sure this tower was worth the cost.

I use a phone echelon and I can’t see the comments when people put them. I Google and try to find out how it is done and it cannot be done. My wife has the monitor and she can’t put comments in either. It’s very frustrating.

App hasn’t been able to update since purchased. Company’s IT department needs to step up their game.
