Love echelon

My only issue is that I really wish I could access my membership on my laptop. I had to prop my phone up on a chair to complete my workout rather than use my laptop that is more stable and has a larger screen.

I love my bike and

I love my bike and echelon classes. Disappointing on how the App update issues were handled. Also disappointed that the metrics changes all the time. I am consistent with my workouts and amount of effort but the data is not. I am self motivated and wish I could use the data to gauge my improvement but can’t since I never come close to my PB that I accomplished within then first months of owning bike.

Love the Instructors/Trainers and the Apparel

Once I got up and running, everything was great. Getting up and running was a bit of a challenge because there aren't clear instructions on how to get on a Live class and when contacting customer service, it took 3 tries before I spoke with someone who knew how to access the Live classes. Cut Wonder Woman apparel!

Love my echelon

Easy returns and exchanges ! For the free 100 ride shirt the computer would not let you pick a size and just shipped a xs - I called customer service and first rep was not helpful- then I got and email that a new shirt was on the way ! Shoes run very small -order a size and a half bigger and you will love being clipped in !
