I love the options to vary my routine. Love the instructors and the online community. One star for phone customer service. Your outsourced international agents have left me without answers or resolved issues multiple times. Echelon needs to look into their customer service.

I ordered a smart rower, used it 3 times and the tension control stopped working, I called Customer service, they sent me a different controller with instructions on how to replace it myself, and that one did not work, so I called them back and they said they would have to send me a whole new machine, I asked them if someone would come pick up the one I had and build the new one and I was told yes, so I said ok. Not only did they NOT pick up the old one, nor did they assemble the new one, they dropped off the new one in my drive way. I am a 61 yr old woman and had no way to get this in my home alone. They did not even have the decency to deliver it to my front door, they just left out near the street at the bottom of a sloped driveway and it was about to rain. When I called them back to ask about it, I got the run around and then they said they would have to call me back and of course it has been 3 weeks and still no call. They stink and I would NEVER recommend that anyone use this company nor buy their machines, instead invest in a Concept 2, must better machine and service.
