Great bike!! I can't really compare it since it's my first at home bike but it's definitely better than the ones at the gym.

I am currently dealing with a number of hip and knee issues, I like the fact that I can find a variety of works which allow me to enjoy my bike and rehab my ancient knees. I appreciate the non bike workouts including the sleep meditation George McLarty

At first, the delivery was on back-up but then after a week or two customer service was great on coordinating with me on delivery date and time. Unit arrived brand new and was installed by delivery people. As far as functionality, the treadmill is working in good condition and I am impressed by the features and robustness along with clever folding and storage capability. I greatly recommend this treadmill from Echelon fit.
