Every interaction we have had with Echelon has been fantastic whether it was ordering new gear, equipment or even getting celebration items. When we had an issue with our bike a replacement part was promptly sent and the customer service was fantastic in helping us fix the issue. We cannot say enough good things about Echelon as a whole.

The larger seat should be an option at the time of purchase. The larger seat was easy to install and is more comfortable to sit on if needed. The

FedEX did a terrible job with handling the package and delivery, but I was glad there was no damage. The website was actually easy to navigate and use and the order process was fairly simple. I applied for the credit and that was approved and easy to set up and get going.

I've had my Echelon bike for 2 years now and I still love it! The instructors, the community and the badges keep me coming back every day. Plus, Echelons customer service is amazing and goes above and beyond!
