Every interaction we have had with Echelon has been fantastic whether it was ordering new gear, equipment or even getting celebration items. When we had an issue with our bike a replacement part was promptly sent and the customer service was fantastic in helping us fix the issue. We cannot say enough good things about Echelon as a whole.

FedEX did a terrible job with handling the package and delivery, but I was glad there was no damage.
The website was actually easy to navigate and use and the order process was fairly simple. I applied for the credit and that was approved and easy to set up and get going.
