What a joke. As I type this it has been over 3 months since echelon has received my money and only today do I have a functioning rower. the first issue is they sent the wrong model a deficit of $400 so I had to pack it up and send it back. The next model they sent was the right one however it didn't work at all. I had to package that one up and send it back. Keep in mind unpacking and packing it is a 1-2 hour process by yourself. This wouldn't really be a problem if they designed proper packing. The way it is packed requires pieces on both sides meaning you have to constantly flip a hundred-pound product without dropping it or letting the product shift about. In addition to the poor packing, the material they use is the cheapest type of packing foam they could have chosen. I have seen better packaging material from $50 items on amazon. The foam they use crumbles really easily and has no give which means that the packaging is already cracked and falling apart before you open it. As I write this I have a display panel that is in metric when I live in America which uses imperial. Now I have to send that back as well to understand what I am even using. If you want a company that will take you seriously find another because this one isn't it.
