Nice rack, but very poor
Nice rack, but very poor customer service. I contacted the company after it arrived with paint damage. I was advised to buy spray paint from Bunnings to fix it myself, which I did. Unfortunately, this made the damage more noticeable, so I removed it before it dried and contacted them again.
I was then told I’d need to return the entire item in its original packaging (which had already been discarded) and pay for shipping on a replacement. I asked if a single replacement panel could be sent and swapped with the delivery driver, but instead I was offered a $30 store credit. After the time and money spent trying to fix an issue that wasn’t my fault, this felt unreasonable.
I’ll be disputing this through PayPal, as the way this was handled simply isn’t good enough.
