I can feel increase in mobility after 4 sessions and 2 days in my elbow. Soreness reduced in 3 hours after first 10 minute session with visible and near infrared LEDs. Have used 100% intensity setting at 15 minutes twice and 20 minutes once. My arm does feel some warming about 10 minutes in, but nothing uncomfortable. I would like to see more information about the 10Hz and 40Hz settings. Really like this device. It's going to be a daily routine.
