Waiting for response for a damaged part

The scoring mechanism does not work at all!! The only way to get it to work is to remove the back side of the nets which destroys them. I am very disappointed in the product and will be returning it!!

Electronics are crap. Can’t play because score board and audio don’t work. Cuts off after 5 secs
